Following IPC standards, we meet major industry certifications to guarantee accuracy, quality, and consistency for every engineering project. The goal is to transform our clients’ concepts into reality – not only by efficient and viable product designs – but with the operational “heart” – the electronic design of circuit boards – produced by TJM Electronics’ electrical engineering staff.

Our engineering team is highly trained in circuit design, applying linear systems theory and analysis, and developing electrical schematics to build and operate efficiently functioning computer systems that are used across various industries. Years of experience and expertise gives us the ability to design, develop, test, and oversee the manufacturing of electronic equipment in the aerospace and defense, medical, industrial, and non-commodity consumer electronic products markets.

Through our lighting brand TemitroniK, we also design and manufacture custom LED boards that include AC and DC LED modules, oversized LED board assemblies, and compatibility with IoT controls.

Integrating both a DFx (Design For Excellence) and NPI (New product introduction) approach to our designs, we can ensure the best product outcome at the early stages. This includes quality, manufacturability, and cost effectiveness. Once the design is finalized, we develop functional prototypes to test the new product’s performance. This is the final step prior to full-scale PCB assembly and production. But this stage occurs when engineers get it right the first time – as has always been the case with the TJM Electronics team.
